Fascinating Rhythms is aimed at the Forty and over age group, but all adults can enjoy music to which they can sing along, clap their hands, tap their feet and remember the times when these songs were the hits of the day.
Featuring an Easy Listening musical style which includes songs from The Great American Songbook, and similar, together with the best of the 1950s, 1960s and the 1970s. Popular and modern music which has interesting lyrics, engages the listener, has an emphasis on relaxing and having fun but sometimes with the unusual or unexpected.
Each week including a segment which highlights the work of a different songwriter or lyricist is featured.
The program also has interesting interviews (when available), offering community information and/or local stories
